This is a different kind of coaching: Not only do you get Allison’s deep expertise in integral executive leadership development, but also you will benefit from her gifts in intuitive energy-work, psycho-spiritual transformation, and spiritual practice.  

The individual coaching package is six months in duration and includes 3 sessions per month plus e-mail, text, or quick phone support between sessions. Assessments are used as-needed and billed separately.
